These images are taken from an exhibition i saw at OREXART , the artist is Jane Siddall. I was drawn to her work because it fits with my theme of cross-breed mutations and also i just loved her style and the different mediums she uses and the way she uses them make the peices look almost fragile and beautiful.

My theme is kinda confusing this semester. I wanted to have trees as my theme as there is such a huge range to discover and experiment with, type, colour, texture. But i also wanted to add a different subject matter of scientific mutations from related fictional novels like ‘maximum ride’ and ‘when the wind blows’ by James Patterson. So hopefully somehow this semester i will be able to successfully combine the two without causing chaos!
